My family and I can’t recommend Samia highly enough. I first contacted Samia when my daughter was at rock bottom and as a family we were really struggling to cope and to find her the help she needed. Our daughter had previously been diagnosed with anorexia and was certainly not out of that battle but the bigger issue she was facing was her anxiety which had led to OCD. The anxiety was crippling her and she was exhausted. We had tried other therapists but, despite small glimmers of progress, we felt we were heading backwards not forwards. Our daughter was tired of trying new approaches and tired of trying new therapists but something had to be done. From that very first conversation I had with Samia, I felt confident that we had finally found the person that could help us. How right I was. It was clear from our daughter’s very first face-to-face session with Samia that she also felt that she had finally found the support she needed. Over the next few months, Samia worked with her both face to face but then in online therapy sessions, which to our surprise were just as powerful as those in person. Our daughter’s life has been transformed in large part thanks to Samia. She is such a different person to the one who entered that first therapy session, pretty sceptical that yet another therapist could help her. As our family put it, we’ve got our happy, smiling daughter back again. She is now a confident young lady who has all the tools to cope with her emotions. We will always be forever grateful to Samia for her help, warmth, kindness and expertise. Thank you so, so much.

I liked that Samia made me feel comfortable to say whatever I wanted without judgement. I felt like it was always a conversation we both contributed towards to solve issues, instead of a situation where I just pay money and in return I get text book answers. This was my second round of therapy with Samia for PTSD issues, and I was a little apprehensive this time as the problem was severe regular nightmares and wasn’t sure these would ever stop. I offer a free 20-minute call to help you see if I’m the right therapist for you. It’s an opportunity to ask questions and discuss your questions and aims before booking, with no obligation.

Your first appointment will be an assessment of your difficulties where we will discuss the approximate number of sessions in line with your needs and aims for therapy.

When you book, you will receive an email for payment, by BACS. Payments required before each session.
